Yum-Yum

I've been making some yummy food lately. All the german food for Jon's birthday turned out good....except the spaetzl (so sad, because I LOVE spaetzl)......but the schnitzel I made was truly delicious....

Anyway, I thought I would use up some beets we had and make Borscht last night.....and I blogged about it over on my food blog. I even included a "recipe" of sorts. Go have a look-see!
