My mom had packed away my very first doll that I got the Christmas after I was born. When I was over there this past weekend and mom had unpacked her, washed her and gave her to me to bring home!
Miss Heidi thinks she's pretty cool, and I think it is so special to be able to share the things I had as a kid with her!
So, here's miss Lolly!

So, for some reason I can't get the button from Project 52 to copy into my post correctly, so I am going to have to just link it the old fashioned way.

Since no one has posted on my mom's group picture project yet, I am hoping I have the right theme. If I am wrong, I will be changing this post later, ha ha.

Male. Male playing Halo. The modern equivalent of hunting/war/et cetera. Man must kill. At least in this case it's fairly benign. LOL.

Project 52: playtime

Liam and I spent quite a bit of time during his brother and sister's nap time creating and coloring, and then him playing with this town-scape. We both enjoyed it very much!

In the Crosshairs

that's the name of my mom's group's photo theme for this week. 'In the Crosshairs". If I'm remembering my conversation with them correctly, it means something that makes us mad....something we don't like, et cetera.

Well, this week, that's easy. I don't like being sick.

and, I especially don't like sharing my sickness with my baby girl. We're both miserable.

Project 52 + four-letter word

So, my Project 52: Glimpse into Motherhood picture and my four letter word picture to go with my mom's project can go together this week, so I thought I'd kill two birds with one stone!

So, here it is:

We got a bunch of snow on Monday night/Tuesday morning. The boys loved it!

my mom and her friends did a fabulous photo project last year....and they are continuing with new rules this year! I am excited to see what they come up with, last year was so fun!
The theme this week was "me"....a self portrait of some sort. I thought 'd join in. Who knows if I will be able to keep up all year, especially since I am already doing the Project 52 thing, but we'll see....
