Golly, I love our annual trip to the lake with my family. It's the highlight of my summer, seriously. This year we had the best weather we've ever had. It was sunny, and warm and beautiful. The lake was super clear---we could see the bottom off the end of the deck, where it's deep enough for my 6'3" dad to dive in. We had amazing sunsets (I told myself NO taking pictures of Lake sunsets this year, but that went out the window! I kept myself to only taking sunset pictures on the two nights it was beyond believable gorgeous), and even a double rainbow!
Some good family friends came this year and brought their wave-runner, so we had some new fun at the lake this year.
Thanks, mom and dad, for renting the house and letting us all gather each summer. I love it and I love you guys tons!
