Please Pray!

My friends baby, Kaiden is back in the hospital again. He's been really sick for months, and it looked like he was getting better, but now it seems like he's taken a bad turn. My heart breaks for him and his family and the trials they are going through, but at the same time we're all still believing for his healing and that's why I am asking for prayer....the more the better!
Here is the latest update from his web page:

Kaiden is currently in the hospital. He was re-admitted about 2 weeks ago when a routine check up showed he was severlly dehydrated. The doctors tried giving him a certain kind of formula which his body rejected. After this they gave him barium which goes through your system and shows up on an x-ray. The x-ray showed that a knot had grown in his stomach so they decided to do surgery to remove it. When they had him opened up though, there was no knot. While they had him open they took some biopsys of different parts of his intestinal tract lining. Results from those tests found that there was some nerve damage on the left side of his small intestine. They have been waiting to hear from the doctor on how to proceed and yesterday were advised to go ahead with a major surgery. This surgery would separate the small and large intestines and from here I’m fuzzy on the details. The doctor said something about attatching some sort of bag to the end of one of the intestines to collect waste, I’m not really clear on this. For the time being Kaiden has another temporary feeding line inserted in his chest like the first time he had a line. This is as I said temporary and will become infected if left in too long. They will be replacing it with a permanent one soon if they haven’t already. That’s all I’ve got I think. Yesterday Arne(Steph's dad) and I were talking about that story in the old testament were Daniel was crying out to the Lord for answers, for three weeks he prayed and fasted seemingly with no answer. Finally an angel of the Lord showed up to apologize for taking so long as he had been in hand to hand combat with a fallen angel that was attempting to keep him from coming to Daniel. I really feel that this is relevant to Kaidens situation, that we need to keep pressing in and fighting in the spiritual realm. We are not to give up and doubt that God is fighting to come to Kaiden’s rescue. Be a warrior and fight for Kaiden, your prayers are not fruitless. Much love to all, Felicia

Can I just say, Life sucks right now. Not all of it, but certain parts.
I can't wait for everything to get better and I am so worried it won't.
And I am worried that the stress and pain of it all is going to eat a hole in my stomach, my brain and my heart.
I only hope I come out of it standing. "And, when you've done all you can, stand."

I hate that we have to live in a world with pain and sorrow and stupidity and sin.
I can't wait for heaven and being with Jesus and getting all my tears wiped away.

"and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any MOURNING, or CRYING, or PAIN..." Revelation 21:4

THANK THE LORD JESUS FOR THIS PROMISE!!!!!!

New Year's Eve Masquerade Party!

Back at the end of November, I had an idea to have a masquerade party for new years eve, because I loved dressing up and don't get to very often. Everyone I talked to liked the idea, so we did it and it was a blast!!!
Everyone dressed up and we had yummy food and fun decorations (thanks to Nicole, Amanda and Kim) and a big fire in the back yard. It was great fun!
Here are a couple pictures from the evening. There are more at:
